Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Nyle, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a simple and hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.

Returns:

  • You can return any unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns for used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our online returns portal [here].
  2. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for your return.
  4. Print the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable) and securely package the items.
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location as instructed.

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.
  • If approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 3 business days of approval.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your return and refund.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size, color, or style for your item, we make exchanges just as easy!

How to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same steps outlined in the return process above.
  2. In the return portal, select the option to exchange the item and specify the size, color, or style you’d like.
  3. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll ship your replacement item at no extra cost.

Please Note:

  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy guidelines may be denied.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For international returns, customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties.
